Help with Cardle, including connecting it to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT.
Email us, or if you're signed in, use the Help & feedback form. A person reads every message.
Contact us
Email admin@cardle.dev with what you were trying to do and what happened. If it's about an assistant, say which one and what you asked it. Please don't send passwords or access tokens.
For anything about your data, such as seeing, correcting, exporting or deleting it, use the same address. The privacy page explains what Cardle keeps and for how long.
Connecting an AI assistant
The setup guide has the server address and the steps for Claude and ChatGPT. You sign in with the Google account you use for Cardle, and the assistant can then only see and change your own cards.
- Sign-in says the account isn't enabled: Cardle is limited in size for now. New accounts join a waitlist once it is full, and an administrator enables each one.
- The assistant shows old or missing tools: disconnect and reconnect Cardle in the assistant's connector settings, or use its option to refresh the tool list.
- You no longer want an assistant to have access: remove Cardle in the assistant's connector settings. Tokens made under Connect AI in the app can be revoked there.
